We have provided consulting engineering, planning, land surveys, soils, concrete, and asphalt testing, and design, along with environmental studies to clients since January 1980. On January 1, 1981, Taylor & Associates, Inc. became a corporation under the Kansas Board of Technical Profession Guidelines. Taylor & Associates, Inc. is fully staffed with professional and technical personnel. Our laboratory and field service units provide the equipment necessary to provide the entire range of services for civil engineering, surveying, technical drafting, and geotechnical testing.

The wide range of clients who have been served by Taylor & Associates, Inc. include a broad spectrum of private individuals, organizations, churches, school districts, businesses, counties, cities, state governments, and federal agencies. These services have generally been performed as the prime professional engineer, but on occasions have worked as a joint venture or sub-contract arrangement. Taylor & Associates, Inc. has cooperative working arrangements with many qualified and competent design professionals and firms to provide additional support or unique expertise as circumstances dictate.
Located in Woodward, Oklahoma, our personnel resources cooperate as needed to provide the services required to support our customers. When expertise or productive capacity beyond the limits of what is maintained in-house is required, we are able to expand to provide the desired service. The firm employs 10 to 15 people depending on the workload and time of year.
Our core staff is made up of people who have been involved with the engineering industry in excess of 10 years. Members of the firm are licensed to practice and provide professional engineering expertise in the states of Colorado, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Although the primary consulting services of Taylor & Associates, Inc. relate directly to engineering work, the firm’s staff includes engineers, planners, environmentalists, licensed land surveyors, and laboratory technicians. Our staff includes certified technicians and inspectors who are able to provide the full scope of services to counties, cities, and state government as required. Taylor & Associates, Inc. is fully covered by professional liability insurance.
