Mr. Windholz came to work for us in 1983 and is the lead surveyor, part owner, and crew party chief for Taylor & Associates, Inc.  He is primarily involved with topographic surveys, section surveys, and plat surveys but also has experience with both bridge and construction staking. Mr. Windholz has considerable expertise with Marshall designs, sieve analysis, proctor testing, and asphalt plant and road inspection, as well as nuclear density testing. He is qualified for concrete plant inspection and is an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician.
