Harley is a soil and concrete testing technician in the Woodward office of Taylor & Associates, Inc. His primary duties include all aspects of soil and concrete testing, permeabilities, proctors, atterberg limits, sieve analysis, and concrete cylinders. Harley also does manufactured home inspections and whole house inspections. Harley is a lead inspector on all our construction jobs, such as storm sewer drainage, sanitary sewer installation, and water line. Harley came to work for Taylor & Associates, Inc. in 2005.
